The Process
This process is designed to give you the ability to have your photos tailored exactly to your needs. Our goal is to develop and recreate your vision in the photographs.
I. Consultation
Uno! Let’s meet to find your creative vision. We can meet online via zoom or in-person.
II. Plan a date
Dos! We find a date that works best for you and for me. It’s best to plan in advance to ensure availability.
III. Wait…
Tres! We wait for the date to arrive. We’ll keep in touch and I’ll be sure to remind you when the date is approaching. We will also go over the final details to finalize the plan.
IV. Shoot!
Cuatro! It’s picture day! It is time to shoot all the amazing photos. This is going to be a fun day so just relax and smile!
V. Sneak-Peak
Cinco! I get it, you don’t want to wait weeks for all your photos. I’ve got you covered. Depending on your package and add-ons you can receive up to 6 early-access photos. (depending on the service requested this step might be slightly altered to a proof review)
VI. Delivery
Seis! It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for. Grab a seat and some snacks it’s time to take a look! We will make sure it’s exactly what you envisioned and finalize the payment. Then, leave a review, share with a friend, and shhhoot some more pics!

We service the majority of areas in Western North Carolina.
County list:
Jackson, Macon, Transylvania, Henderson, Haywood, Buncombe, Madison, Graham, Clay, and Cherokee.
Anything outside of these counties requires a minimum travel fee of $45.

We offer a 6-step system to streamline your experience.
Consultation
We discuss what package is best for you, determine the type of service needed and many other details.
Plan a Date
Next, we find a date and time that works best for the both of us. We suggest booking at least 1 week ahead of time, though it’s best to book earlier to ensure availability.
Wait…
Now we wait for the date to arrive. I will be sure to remind you of our session and confirm any final details at least 48 hours before the session.
Shoot!
Personal and Events/Groups: The big day has arrived. I will arrive 30 minutes early at our location to begin getting ready. Just come with a smile on your face and be ready to take pictures. You can have full control or let me take the wheel. It’s all up to you.
Real Estate and Commercial: I will arrive early to setup the location and equipment. Please have the majority of the location ready for photographs.
Sneak-Peak or Proof Review
Personal and Events/Groups: Depending on your package you can have up to 20 early access photographs. This gives you the ability to look at a sample of your photoshoot to see if everything looks great.
Real Estate and Commerical: I will send you some or all of the photographs to be reviewed in a proof format.
Delivery
The moment you have been waiting for. The final result! I will upload all of your photographs to an online album for you to download. The online album will be available for 3 months. If you ordered prints I will provide you with more information.

Depending on your package it can take up to 72 hours to have delivery of your photographs. If photographs are needed to be completed ASAP we can make accommodation for a rushed job with fees applied.

Indoor Photoshoots: We will continue to shoot on rainy days if the shoot is planned for an indoor setting.
Outdoor Photoshoots: If the chance of rain is over 30% the photoshoot will be automatically canceled and the photographer will make proper accommodations for another photoshoot session. If the chance of rain is lower than 30% it is up to the client to reschedule at least 24 hours before the photoshoot.
Indoor/Outdoor Photoshoots: In the case of a photoshoot that consists of indoor and outdoor locations the indoor portion of the photoshoot will be completed at the time of the planned date and time. The outdoor portion will be for us at the discretion of the photographer and client.
